After you pay you will be directed to a page where you can book your appointment or contact me directly to book your first appointment.

When you book through my online booking platform you can give me some details about your child's complaint. You will be sent a confirmation email and another email will be sent with an online questionnaire to fill out prior to the appointment.

Terms and Conditions

All consultations are conducted via an online platform such as zoom or whatsapp videocall.

Privacy Policy

  • We will never sell your personal information to outside companies. However, we will share your email address only to Mailchimp/Kajabi which is a marketing systems and to stripe/Revolt/paypal which is our payment systems. We will on occasions email you  to inform you of sales or promotions or to provide you with up to date evidence that you may find of interest for your condition. We will never send SPAM email. You can unsubscribe to emails at any time. Mailchimp is also bound by data protection laws and is password protected. The Terms and Conditions can be found on their website.
  • We will, if requested by you, nutritionally analyse meal plans or recipes using Nutritics software. This will require us to input your personal details into the software, however Nutritics is also bound by data protect law and is password protected. There terms and conditions can be found on their website.
  • Health Is Good Food/Little Monkey Nutrition may have to share you or your child's clinical information to other Health Professionals to help with your treatment. You will be informed and involved in this process. For example, we may write to your GP to ask for some further investigations or ring for more information about you or your child that will help us to make sure that you receive the appropriate treatment.
  • We are required by law to keep accurate records of your personal and clinical information for up to 7 years for adults and up to 7 years for children or until they are 18. These records will be stored in a secure password protected medical and online booking system called Halaxy.
  • We use stripe, Revolut and Paypal payment systems. Your details will be kept on the system you use to pay. These are also bound by data protection laws and are password protected. Their terms and conditions are available on their websites. If requested we can cancel your personal details from these systems.

What to expect at your appointment.

  1. Your initial appointment will take approximately 45-60 minutes and follow-up appointments approximately 30-45 minutes.
  2. You agree to the dietitians at Health Is Good Food/Little Monkey Nutrition to diagnose, treat and advise you or your child with regard to you or your child's diet and nutrition.
  3. You agree to the advice given and implement the advice as best you can in your current circumstances.
  4. We agree to provide you with evidence based and practical advice.
  5. All goals and action plans are agreed by you or your child.
  6. An email  an action plan and any additional information and resources will be emailed to you up to 7 working days after the appointment, however a detailed written report is extra.
  7. You are welcome to record the session for your own reference. 

What to expect between appointments.

We offer support between appointments via email or whatsapp, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We answer these messages within 36hrs of the message coming through. In the case of emergencies you can ring the practice.

Personalised Written Reports

These detail what was discussed at the appointment plus agreed actions and an example day.  See below for terms and conditions:

  • The written reports are only offered after the first appointment and are an additional cost of £60.  If you would like me to write up review appointments these are an additional charge of £40.
  • Please note that your report can take up to 14 days after your appointment to be emailed. This allows you time to implement some of the points discussed at the appointment so that when you get your report you can reflect on your progress and start to implement the rest of the action points. There is a lot of information discussed at the first appointment and it can be overwhelming to implement everything at once.

Payments

  1. We require full payment or at least a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
  2. The rest must be paid prior to the first appointment or at the time of the first appointment.
  3. The 20% deposit is non refundable if you cancel within 24hrs and do not reschedule.
  4. If you have paid in full prior to your appointment and then cancel without scheduling another appointment you will get refunded 80% (minus 5% service charge) of the amount.
  5. You will not receive your full written report or any requests for diagnostic tests or onward referrals until payment is made in full.
  6. Once payment is made, you will receive an invoice via email.
  7. We accept card payments via a payment link sent to you via Revolute Pay or via direct transfer into my account.

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can cancel your appointment you will receive a full refund minus the service charge which is 5%.
  2. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment you will receive 80% (minus 5% service charge) refund and lose your 20% deposit.
  3. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment and reschedule another appointment we will require the rest of the payment in full.

Non Attendance

  1. If you do not attend for an appointment you will loose your 20% deposit.
  2. If you did not attend for an appointment and you have made prior full payment, you will be given the option to reschedule the appointment or lose the deposit..

In the Event that Health Is Good Food has to cancel an appointment with you.

  1. You will be offered another appointment at the earliest day and time that is available and convenient for you.
  2. You can be offered a full refund if there is no day or time that is suitable.
