Hi, I'm Judith a registered dietitian, food consultant and early years nutrition specialist. My mission is to help anyone responsible for providing food to children, whether that is parents, nurseries, schools, or brands with knowledge to provide nutritionally balanced age appropriate and tasty food.

I work with schools and nurseries to help improve the food offered to ensure they meet nutritional guidelines and portions are age appropriate. I also provide training to your staff so that they have the right knowledge when creating menus.
Brands
I work with food brands, helping you to understand nutritional claims and legislation as well as nutritional standards so you provide the best possible food for your customers.
Training / Education
I work with food manufacturers, nurseries/ schools to provide training to your staff on nutritional standards, allergies and common nutritional related problems in children to help manage these in your establishment and improve overall health.
