Fussy Eating Reset: Live Group Programme
The Fussy Eating Reset Programme is a structured 4-week live coaching experience designed to help you move from stressful, unpredictable mealtimes to calm, confident progress — with professional guidance every step of the way.
All sessions are delivered live via the Kajabi App, allowing you to join from home and access replays if you cannot attend live.

🌿 Week 1: 18th March– Appetite & Structure Reset
We start by building the foundations.
You’ll learn how to:
• Create real appetite using structured meal and snack timing
• Reduce grazing and manage milk intake effectively
• Use the Division of Responsibility to remove pressure
• Reset your child’s eating environment
You’ll implement simple but powerful changes that immediately reduce stress and increase hunger at mealtimes.
🌿 Week 2: 25th March– Expanding Food Variety
This week focuses on safely increasing your child’s food range.
You’ll learn:
• How exposure really works (and why most parents give up too early)
• How to use food matching to bridge from safe foods to new foods
• How to identify nutrient gaps and expand strategically
• How to create a realistic food expansion plan
You’ll leave with a clear, personalised roadmap.
🌿 Week 3: 1st April – Sensory & Behaviour Support
Many children struggle with texture, mixed foods, trust or anxiety around new meals.
In this session we cover:
• Understanding sensory preferences
• Reducing mealtime power struggles
• Managing pressure language
• Creating calmer, more positive mealtime dynamics
This is where confidence begins to build — for both you and your child.
🌿 Week 4: 8th April – Building Long-Term Confidence
In our final week, we focus on sustainability.
You’ll learn:
• How to build balanced meals your child can grow into
• Practical meal planning strategies
• Vitamin and nutrient considerations
• How to maintain progress and prevent setbacks
You’ll finish the programme with clarity and a long-term plan.

Live Coaching & Replay Access
All sessions are delivered live via the Kajabi App, allowing you to:

If you cannot attend live, every session will be recorded and uploaded to the programme area for replay.
Private Community Access & Direct Support
You will receive direct access to me and to each other via the Fussy Eating Reset Community inside the Kajabi App for the full duration of the programme.
This is your space to:
• Ask questions
• Share progress
• Receive personalised guidance
• Get reassurance when challenges arise
The community will remain open for 2 weeks after the programme ends, giving you continued support as you implement your plan.
